Dr. Roberto Ortigosa
Dr. Ortigosa holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Bilbao. He graduated in Stomatology at the University of País Vasco and Orthodontics at the University of Oviedo.
His training was completed with a degree in Orthodontics at the University of Southern California with Dr. Harry Dougherty and the Tweed Foundation (Tucson AZ).
Since then, continuous training has been a constant in his working philosophy especially in the field of dental aesthetics as a complement to orthodontic treatments.
Dr. Ortigosa is an active member of the SEDO (Spanish Society of Orthodontics), Tweed Foundation for Orthodontic Research, SEPA (Spanish Society of Periodontics), SEPES (Spanish Society of Stomatological and Aesthetic Prosthetics) and member of study groups in Spain and Canada.
Dr. Roberto Ortigosa is married to Dr. Ana Bañales. They have three children: Ana, Jerusalén and Javier.
He spends his free time with the family and his hobbies are: Reading, tennis, skiing and enjoying walks out in the nature.
